The Weir Team is lead by D. Barry Weir. Barry started the organization in 1986 with a core of computer and distribution industry specialists after leaving his role as Vice President of Accounting Datamation, Inc., a California computer services provider. Some businesses can survive on configurable out of the box solutions. Our clients need unique solutions that require understanding and insight, as well as ability and expertise.  We are industry specific, enterprise application specialists.  We have developed innovative, industry leading solutions for our clients, pioneering functionalities that have become industry standards.  A design distinctive of our Profit Control accounting modules is to provide the flexibility of custom software at the price points of standard modules.  This methodology was intentionally developed so that our team could implement unique customizations quickly and easily while managing a minimal impact on the standard portions of the system.
